Trips start from the driver's posted origin. Once you're in, you can propose a specific pickup point, and tag. checks that the detour stays small and fair to the driver.

Yes. Every trip has an in-app message thread for the driver and confirmed riders, so you can coordinate without sharing phone numbers.

Your request stays open through your time window and drivers going your way can see it. If a fitting trip is posted, tag. notifies you.

Everyone on tag. verified a college email before they could participate. You see names, photos, campuses, cars, and the ratings other students left.

In an emergency, call 911 first. For anything else, the app has a direct line to report problems, and a human reads support@ride-tag.com.
